These practices help us connect to our truest values and reach our fullest human potential.

Approach

Marcie teaches meditation practices in 1:1 sessions, weekly group classes and workshops in the following areas:

Mindfulness helps us to bring greater awareness to our moment to moment experience and to be with it with greater openness and acceptance. With practice we are able to meet the inherent challenges in life with greater ease, become more engaged and present in our lives, and find a greater sense of balance, contentment and joy.

Lovingkindness and Compassion practices, including Self-Compassion, help us to cultivate kindness and good will toward ourselves and others as well as meet our own and others’ suffering with tenderness and nurturance. They help us to stay connected to our common humanity and allow us to access our inner resources of strength and resilience.
